Being a former AusAID scholar at the University of Sydney, Australia, Tuan is working as Deputy General Manager of the Strategic Unit of DTT Technology Group (www.dtt.vn). With prime interests including strategic investment and business development in ICT, he provides consulting services for both Vietnam's public clients and foreign MNCs who seek to optimize investment in this industry of renovation.

Before joining DTT, Tuan had over ten years of experience working for the Government and was Director for trade promotion and regional cooperation at the Asia Pacific Market Department of the Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade when he left. He is also a regularly invited lecturer and guest speaker on business strategy and international trade subjects at various economics and management schools. Despite his non-IT background, he is an activist of Vietnam OpenStack Community as he strongly believes that OpenStack is a revolution that the Vietnamese youth needs to proactively embark on for the sake of a better position of Vietnam in the world ICT map.
